Our one-of-a-kind butterfly releases are sure to inspire an audience at weddings, memorials, and other private events. Butterfly releases safely showcase native butterflies and can include an informational program from our professional butterfly educators.
What to expect:
Each butterfly release involves ethically sourced native butterflies from licensed native butterfly providers. Pick up the butterflies and release them yourself or have one of our professional educators deliver the butterflies and conduct the release alongside an educational program.
The butterfly release includes a minimum of 12 butterflies and quantity can be increased in increments of 12. There is no maximum limit on the number of butterflies for release.

Butterfly releases must be booked 10 days in advance.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Cancellations: Deposits are partially refundable. The amount of the refund is dependent on the time at which the cancellation is requested. If a butterfly release is cancelled 30 or more days prior to the scheduled tour time, then a 100% refund will be issued. If the butterfly release is cancelled 7 to 29 days prior to the scheduled tour time, then a 50% refund will be issued. If the butterfly release is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled time, then no refund will be issued. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of the request.
Rescheduling: Butterfly releases may be rescheduled. If the reschedule is requested 30 or more days prior to the scheduled date, then no rescheduling fee will be assessed. If the reschedule is requested 7 to 29 days prior to the scheduled date, then a $30 rescheduling fee will be assessed. If the reschedule is requested less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date, then an additional fee will be assessed. If butterfly releases are rescheduled and then subsequently cancelled, the deposit refund will be calculated based on the originally scheduled date.
